You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To do so, inform us via email (sales@silantes.com) or use the withdrawal form below.

Exceptions:

Customised products (e.g., bespoke stable isotope-labelled biomolecules) cannot be returned.
For all other products: if the goods are not returned in the condition specified in the Certificate of Analysis (CoA) issued at dispatch — due to improper storage, handling, or return packaging — we may deduct an amount reflecting the diminished value. In cases of complete loss of usability, this deduction may equal the full purchase price.
