Nucleotide Building Blocks

Nucleobases and ribose monophosphates can be used as convenient building blocks for the synthesis of a range of stable isotopically labeled biomolecules, in particular nucleosides and nucleotides.

At Silantes, we are pleased to introduce a range of stable isotope labeled nucleotide building blocks.

Stable isotope labeled nucleobases and riboses

We are constantly developing our range of isotope-labeled nucleotide building blocks. We currently hold a portfolio of 2H, 13C, and 15N labeled nucleobases and ribose monophosphates.

Site-specifically labeled nucleotides providing high quality NMR information

By combining the stable isotope labeled bases and riboses with other, unlabeled building blocks, nucleotides can be constructed that have site-specific isotopic patterns within the molecule. The site-specific labeling patterns are chosen to create independent spin systems either intramolecularly within the nucleotide, or intramolecularly to other molecules, providing high quality NMR information.
